Breaking the Language Barrier

ISAR Seeks Volunteer Translators

In ISAR's July 2008 E-Newsletter, we proudly announced that our revolutionary model mandatory spay/neuter monograph, entitled, The Policy, Law and Morality of Mandatory Spay/Neuter, is now available on our website and can be downloaded and printed. (See http://www.isaronline.org/ under Site Map/LAW/Monographs.)

The monograph, which took nearly eight months to research and write, was written by Henry Mark Holzer, Professor Emeritus at Brooklyn Law School and Chairman and General Counsel of International Society for Animal Rights.

Because the importance of this monograph and the model statute it contains cannot be understated, ISAR intends to make it available worldwide.

To that end, we are seeking volunteer translators. As can be seen from the statute itself, the text is not overly long and translating it should not be difficult for anyone fluent in a non-English language.
